New Lower for the 805 to accept AR Grips!

Hey all! I found Dan Haga on instagram, and it looks like he?s developed a new grip pack to accept your standard AR grip! It?s still in the testing phase, but it?s incredibly exciting. It?s going to be a little expensive, but I think it will be worth it.

Got my new Bren Lower today from Dan.

First, this lower is a really cool piece, and it fixes my major issue with the Bren, which is the grip. Install was super easy on it, just punch some pins, remove the safety, remove the trigger group, drop into the new lower. Takes maybe 5-10 minutes if you've never taken a Bren apart before.

Mr Haga, is it safe to think this is your adapter RAVENCROFT has attached to his BREN? Welcome to CZF. It certainly looks like a great idea, and there are lots of grips for the AR rifles out there. Could this area be reinforced cheaply/easily? I might be interested myself someday, and we like to see CZ aftermarket parts makers succeed, here.

It could certainly be made from a stronger material but that would put the price well above what I think anyone would pay. Honestly tho.. It doesn't need to be. This one was just way over tightened. I'll be putting these tags on all future orders.

It is nice to see different things for the Bren, I have been shooting AR's since 1969 and I do not like AR grips.
I like that grip for the VZ 58 by FAB. I have a wooden stock set for my 450BM  AR. The wooden grip is very nice.
I am going to buy an AR rubber sleeve for my Bren and see if it works. There is a lot of good work going on here.
