Been thinking of adding one, 75060 Stainless Steel Guide Rod SP-01, to my sp01 tactical along with the ultra lite kit. It says clearance hole in front. Someone please school me

You have to enlarge the hole to accommodate the larger diameter of the stainless steel guide rod.

That is completely false.  The SS guide rod fits fine, you merely have to have the guide rod clearance hole in the slide.  Some CZ's (75B for example) have no clearance hole at all.

look at your handgun. does the guide rod stock through? Obviously dont do it loaded if your going to look down the barrel.
If so it has the clearance hole in front.

I have one on my SP01 tact and its fine. No modification needed.

I have stainless steel guide rods in all my CZ's.  They did not require any modifications to install.
