I didn't realized the K conversion came with the trunnion but the k barrel alone doesn't.  My fault.

I did have to go back to the plastic charging handle instead of the aftermarket metal one as it didn't work with aluminum handguard.

Took my HBI K-converted Tailhook-equipped Scorpion out last night for another 200 rounds.  *This* is how the Scorpion is meant to be.

I'm using the "over sized" HBI one and really like it.  It's the prostock one.

I just did the HBI K conversion this weekend I bought the tool to remove the barrel nut but that thing so so tight I had to take it to the gun smith to remove that dam nut other than that it was an easy install I love it. I was able to get the entire install done in about 45 minutes.
