Shot it briefly this morning. Here is the 50 yard target, single hand, red dot sight, in perfect conditions with Norma Tac 22 ammo. Gun is good. Shooter need work.

I can't imagine having a pistol that shoots any more accurately or more reliably than this one.
This is fun. This is not easy.

Too cool Joe
Not sure if I could even see the Bull clear enough (at 50 yrds) to shoot that well any more
I'll have to give it a try, next go-round

Nice shooting! How do you like the Norma Tac? It's really lubed up, like Eley, but seems to shoot pretty well for me.

Joe is that with the conversion kit?

I have shot over 10k rounds of the Norma Tac 22 and I like it just fine.

Yes, Kadet conversion kit, using a Burris Fast Fire III red dot scope. Kit has 30k rounds through it.

Have you tried Mini-mags or anything Hyper velocity through your Kadet yet? just curious to hear how it handles the upper end rimfire...

It will run most any ammo just fine. I have standardized pretty much on what I could buy in bulk over the last two years, just to maintain some consistency in sight adjustment and handling of the gun in recoil.

Thanks for the info! I'm working on buying one of these myself :)

Very Nice Joe.

The Kadet conversion on a 75 frame is more reliable feeding and extracting than a Ruger 22/45. It also has fantastic accuracy, even after a lot of rounds. I am keeping the Ruger, but as a trainer for new shooters. The Kadet will continue to be the bullseye gun. I just like it better.

The Ruger is a fine shooter, too. But, the Volquartsen hammer and sear in mine have some creep that I need to eliminate, and the feeding is not as reliable as the Kadet. I got out my Ruger and SIG last Wednesday and shot them instead of the Kadet and P-09 and I shot them both very well. Shot a 100 slow fire pace at 25 yards on a B-8c target (not the same as a regular slow fire target) with the Ruger. But, the trigger definitely needs some work. I may do that over the Christmas break. The SIG felt very good and I shot it well also.
Funny. I shoot best when I am not thinking about an upcoming match or have any preconceived notions about how "well" I should shoot a particular target. There is a lesson here, I think.

YES! Just shoot. That's why you practice. It's too late to be thinking about it or "trying", just do.

Uh Oh. We're both starting to sound like Brian Enos. And that is a good thing.
