As I posted here a few weeks ago, my P-09 was experiencing failures to feed while clambering as well as during the firing cycle. I reached out to CZ-USA and was soon contacted by Randal Stroud from customer service. Randal was extremely polite and professional and turned the pistol around in less than 3 weeks (even though CZ quotes a 4-6 week turnaround period). Paperwork stated they adjusted the feed ramp and extractor tension and gave me new magazines! The pistol is running great. Needless to say, I'm extremely happy with the job that Randal and CZ did to correct this issue. I just wanted everyone to know that CZ stands behind their products. Great job CZ! You have a customer for life!

Just got done shooting it! Shoots like a dream. Zero malfunctions like we all expect from CZ (I think I just must have got the 1 pistol with an issue in 1000s of P-09s). It has quickly become my favorite pistol. Over the past year, CZs have been entering my safe and Glocks have been exiting. hahahaha
And as others above have stated, it's nice to have a company stand behind their product and treat the customers like we matter.

I was happy to see that they worked on the feed ramp and adjusted the extractor, but I was REALLY surprised that they switched out my mags just in case. Now THAT is quality customer service.
