Its a 775 DC motor with ball bearing. Had to redtech some fancy stuff to connect it to the trim die. The bracket is just a 90 deg L bracket that is held on with a locknut on the bottom of the toolhead (not enough threads to put it on top with the short 30 carb die).
My first prototype was actually using a RC DC motor and battery. It works, but this one is better. I have a AC/DC adjustable power supply and foot toggle switch that is not in the pic. I'm trying to get up more parts (brackets and power supplies mainly) to sell these as kits at brassbucket.net (check the right hand panel).
This setup is great for non-commercial use, and way better/faster than the hand spin trims or the normal lee quick trim with a hand drill attached. Its cheap enough to have hot swappable dedicated toolheads for each caliber (if you switch calibers a lot). The main disadvantage is no vacuum attachment yet.
