To my knowledge, the first "CZ" Dan Wessons were all guns left in limbo by DW during the restructuring. They had a five-digit alpha-numeric serial number followed by CZ. To give a hypothetical, "R734QCZ." I have seen quite a few Pointman 7s, Pointman 9s, and Razorbacks that follow this convention.
