Muzzle devices are pretty easy to tell what they should do just by looking at their design...
From the looks of it, Strike requires specific orientation/timing, so should do more to reduce muzzle flip than HBI or Griffin.
That's said it's probably a wash between Griffin (due to greater all around porting) and Strike with the former likely less recoil and the latter less muzzle flip (due to top and side porting) -- and both looking to be about the same size, although Strike may be slightly larger and if similar port area would give it an edge over Griffin, provided it's properly timed or doesn't lose timing/rotate during firing...
HBI is definitely larger than Griffin and looks to also be larger than Strike, so can capture a little more gases and direct more outwards before they exit the device... So more recoil reduction than both most likely -- but the greater effect/larger muzzle devices are on pistols, the more likely they are to cause malfunctions...
That's why Griffin's sell is basically make use of threaded barrel and as low profile as possible and do so w/ extremely low likelihood of affecting reliability on/for CONCEALED CARRY guns -- micro carry comp is its name. I think Strike is largely going after the same market with this device.
I only have experience w/ Griffin FWIW (and they offer both US and Euro threadings), and actually wasn't aware of HBI's offering -- but for the price, I think I might give it a go on a midsize pistol w/ the US 1/2x28 threading.
