Woke up about 5 am Saturday morning in Greenbrier County, WV (mom's house). It was pouring the rain down when I went to the bathroom. Went back to bed. Got up late (820 am) and the ground was white and it was pouring the snow. By about 1 or 2 that afternoon it was gone (ground was too warm to let it stick and it rained off and on all day).
Down here, central VA, I do my reloading out in the garage. Too cold in the morning on a winter day but by lunchtime the front of the garage can be up in the high 50's to mid 60's on a decently sunny/not windy day and I can get some reloading done. Out on the bench on the south side (front) of the garage it can be so nice I have to sit there in a t-shirt and long pants to keep from sweating. A lot of brass gets inspected, sorted, trimmed, and primed while I'm sitting on that bench. The resizing, powder addition and bullet seating takes place at the bench inside, but close enough to the door I can watch the driveway and listen for the dogs barking.
