Concur it?s a minor gripe given the number of new products coming out. Nothing wrong with a preview of what?s eventually coming down the pipeline and of course, import requirements add to the wait. As for the P-10F production, I recently visited the CZUB store and noticed the SN plate looked different between the F and the SC pistols on display for sale. A closer look revealed the P-10F had a 2017 year proof so sometimes the early production items are stockpiled or held back from release for whatever reasons.
If you read the CZUB new releases from June in the past couple years, one will find that the US market has zoomed from a small one to a dominant one for them. By 2016, half of the total sales of 300,000 firearms in that year went to the US. From 10,000 pistols in 2010 it has grown to 100,00 in 2017. That would appear to put the US market in a much different light than in years past as well CZUB on the threshold of future marketing efforts and product development.
I?ve read many forum comments about management still being of old school thinking, not recognizing market trends, ignoring certain features or wants expressed here, etc. In its defense, one has to admire the amount of model innovation and launches across many lines that has come out of CZUB since the time of the P-07 around a decade ago. I think it?s been quite a story since 1992 when CZUB was on another threshold as a newly privatized enterprise.
