Just picked up the P10c suppressor ready model
« on: March 02, 2019, 11:19:57 AM »
How do I know if I have an updated version? I plan on going to the range today to put some rounds through it. This is my first CZ and I love it so far.

The easiest way to tell (IMO) is to push the mag release. If it pops out of the frame then it's the new version. If the mag release is very stiff and the mag only partially ejects, then it's the original model.

The mag release is stiff but the mag comes all the way out. What?s the remedy for it, send it to CZ? I bought it from budsgunshop also.

Look at the backplate on the gun, is there a horizontal cut on the right hand side?

Just returned from the range and I'm very impressed. I put 200 rounds through it without a single hiccup, and the slide release and mag release both loosened up a bit by the time I finished. I did something that I never do with guns, took it straight out of the box to the range with no cleaning and it performed perfectly. I used a mix of 115gr winchester white box, and 115/124 grain sig hollow points. I have to say I am more accurate with this gun than any of my other handguns. That grip texture of the backstrap is very aggressive might I add, but nothing I can't manage.

Excellent, I love the grip texture, its perfect. I also shoot this gun better than any handgun I have ever had sans a 226 I had.
I will be purchasing more P10's has they release the models that I am interested in.

FYI, in case it wasn?t clear in that earlier exchange, If you have that little horizontal cut, you?ve got the latest and greatest. They are starting to roll out a non-ambi, reversible mag release version as well which is basically a ?gen3,? but AFAIK that doesn?t include any other updates or changes.
