Just picked up an OD green p07. Love the gun! No lanyard loop or lci

Does yours have a metal or plastic guide rod ?

Was expecting plastic, but it is steel , and I am happy with this!

For some reason , the plastic rod in my phantom always had a “cheap” connotation to it, even though I understand it doesn’t translate to inferior performance.

For me, a solid steel guide rod with an un-captured spring is an upgrade for cleaning and lubrication purposes.  Compared to the plastic guide rod with captured spring, it is much easier to wipe clean the two parts separately, and to de-grease both of them with acetone before re-applying Eezox to them.

I have a 2017 black P-07 and a 2018 OD green P-07.  Both came with plastic guide rod assemblies, loaded chamber indicators, and no mag extensions.

I recently ordered a spare extractor from CZ Custom, for the day when I break one of my extractors.  The one I received has no hole for the LCI, which I won't miss either way.
