Get your headspace checked.
First photo here, your bolt carrier should be nearly abutting the piston channel/rear sight tower:
https://imgur.com/a/76xyQmsYou can remove the bolt from the carrier and push carrier into battery to see where it should be sitting.
If you have a round in the chamber in these photos, it's possible that a thorough cleaning of your chamber and then inspecting for burrs, etc, and removing them might resolve.
But if it doesn't I wouldn't fire the gun until after a qualified and competent gunsmith has inspected, diagnosed, and fixed whatever issue exists... Vz2008s use less common SAAMI spec 7.62x39 chambers AFAIK, not CIP, so make sure you/gunsmith use the right gauges.
