I shot a USPSA match this past Saturday, our squad had the local resident revolver shooter/guru-- "Gregg"--Master Class.
Gregg was using a worked DA S&W 929, 9mm revolver with beautiful wooden comp. grips.
There were 7-8 Masters, two GMs (Open Class) and an assortment of A's, and B's, etc shooters shooting all classes: Production, Limited 10, Limited, Open, Single Stack and Revolver. The 5 Stages ran from a "Qualifier" with 8 shots to field courses with 26 to 32 rds.
Gregg won the match! That revolver and Gregg were incredible. He never looked like he was moving at break-neck speed. He just seemed to never stop shooting. Reloads were incredibly fast with the "8"-rd moon clips. The 929 looked and shot like a million bucks. The scoring was BORR.INNG: Alpha, Alpha,Alpha......... with just two or three Charlies for the whole match.
If looking for a 9x19 / 9mm revolver, this one shoots amazingly accurately and fast. Just watching Gregg and this revolver shoot was worth the match fee. You've never heard me say that before now.

Mod, This wasn't a CZ, so I posted here instead of the Comp. & Tactics forum.
