I still use snap caps for slide lock reload drills, but only because they allow the slide to close after inserting the magazine.  The o-ring is always there during dry fire.

I have a 2005 CZ85b that I purchased new. It came with 2 of what appear to be black snap caps with  green plastic primer inserts, with a few extra green inserts. They seem to work well for dry firing.
Does everyone get those with their new CZ?

They came with mine as well and have on the last few CZ guns I bought.  Look behind the foam padding in the gun box that came with the gun.

Thanks Canuck44. I am disappointed to see that I am not so special. :)

I've also been using a LaserLyte 9mm training cartridge in place of a snap cap.
