Need to respring it this week. 14lb recoil with subsonic rounds does not equal 100%.

Ah I just kept the factory (16lb?) recoil spring. Is the 14lb too light then? I didn?t see a 15lb for sale anywhere

I noticed the 14 lb recoil spring combined with 3 spring kit was too light in my gun shootingstout ammo.Its ab8ut how far does it chuck cases.  The 14 lb seemed to shrink in size also perhaps fatiguing prematurely.  Went back to oem spring with 3 piece kit.  Better!

Not strong enough for subsonic (all I shoot) , but store bought is good to go. My factory spring had to have been around 87 lbs.....No way is it going back in. I do have my 75C spring I could use. I think it is 16lbs, but nowhere near the P-01 stock.
Whats interesting is how the 75C runs flawless with a 14, the added weight on the P-01 needs a bit more.

After keeping the slide locked open for a week, the factory spring has lightened up enough. Give it a try
