Is it me or does CZ-USA have terrible customer service?

So I've sent two emails to CZ a number of months ago regarding an issue I was having with mags not dropping free on a Phantom. Never go a response to either. Placed an order for some parts and they arrive three weeks later, with no packing slip and half the order missing. Send two emails regarding the missing parts and again no response. The one phone call I made regarding the Phantom didn't go well either. Anyone else get the vibe they need to work  on customer service?

Must be you. My experience with them has always been nothing but stellar. Twice out of 8 CZ's I needed warranty service and both times the just replaced the guns in a reasonable time frame. I've ordered parts many times and only had a problem with one order which FedEx lost and upon calling CZ they resent the order quickly.I always use the phone and speak to some one vs email.

Sorry to hear that you had a bad time OP. I have always contacted them by phone. In my time with CZ pistols i have had three issues. Cracked TS wood grips, they mailed me a new set. Bad extractor on my 97BD, shipped the pistol in and it was back in ten days. Bad decocking lever on my P-09, they shipped me a replacement.

I try to keep in mind that they are a small operation for the firearms industry. I also tend to give anyone in customer service a good bit of leeway. I have worked in CS, the general public can drain the life right out of ya.
Will work for CZ pics! (including but not limited to all CZ clones)

I've had excellent results with CZ customer care and sales.  They were a little abrupt and short but the information was 100% correct.  I've always received the result I needed and that is all I care about.

It's you.   I only called them once.  Very polite, seemingly honest, knowledgeable,  and courteous.  The customer service guy even transferred me to a gunsmith to ensure what he was telling me was true.   Very slight issue with the pistol and they offered to take it back several times on their dime.  I chose not to send it back after talking it over with them, but it's good to know they stand behind their product.

I only had 1 issue that required CZ involvement and they took care of me. All the orders i've placed with them have been good also.

Fortunately for me I have never needed to contact them for the many CZ's I have owned.
From what I have heard their CS is pretty good so it must be you, you're jinxed!

I'll give them a call this week and give it another shot. My tone has always been pleasant each time I've reached out to them but I'll give it another run.

Only had to contact them once.

Front sight on my Urban Gray P01 died a few months after I bought it. 

Got the return authorization e-mail the next day, printed up the labels, dropped it off at FedEx and the slide back in 10 days.  Even with FedEx "losing" the slide/box for 3 days up in Maryland somewhere on it's trip out to CZ USA.
I just keep wasting time and money on other brands trying to find/make one shoot like my P07 and P09.  What is wrong with me?

Must be an email thing. I never got an answer when asking about the stubborn back strap pin on p10c. I also thought I had ordered a catalog in the same email. Never got an answer and never received a catalog.

It's you. Give them a call. I broke a mag well on my 455 evolution.  Called to purchase a new one and they took care of it for me. No charge.  Had to send the DW ECO in for sight swap. Cost should have been mine, they took care of it and field stripped the slide for deep cleaning.

I had great service when the infamous P01 decocker cocked itself to a mess.  Email worked and got a response right away with instructions.
Fast service on the warranty action.
I was very pleased.
