Warm greetings from Florida.
I went to my ffl on Tuesday to pick up the new Beretta 92FS compact that had arrived.
He brought it out and laid it on the counter. While filling out my paperwork, he shows me
a new gun he recently got in.... the Shadow 2. Loved it at first sight.
He said he had a deposit on it, and when I got home, I started checking GB for pricing and availability.
Found one that the dealer offered no cc charges along with free shipping.
Just bought it today, and is already ready for pickup by UPS. That dealer is super-fast.
I'll have it on Monday (2nd day air).
Here is a real nice pic I found on the computer for anyone not familiar with this model.

Looks nice.

If I were to engrave anything on a mag it would be my initials and a number for each mag so I can keep track of them.

Amen to this.

I have several handguns in different calibers.

Nothing, absolutely nothing eats ammo like my Shadow 2 (talking strictly pistols here).

Although I reload I always told myself I would never reload 9mm, well I do now.

Love my Shadow 2

also considering the shadow 2. having another cz already wouldn't want anything else. also here in Florida. which dealer did you use.

I bought my Shadow on GB.
Sadly, although I wanted to buy from my dealer, he was nearly $300 more than I paid if you include the tax.

I got mine from Grab-a-gun. Ordered it on line on a Friday, was at my FFL Monday.  Best price without having to bid and wait.
No CC fee, $7.95 shipping.

Picked up my S2 this morning.
Took my Shadow 2 and my brand new Beretta 92FS compact to the range today.
They both shot flawlessly, but I did like the feel of the S2 a bit more.
I made a good choice, as many of you have stated.
My very first CZ. Very pleased.
