Such alot of these kind of draconian laws being proposed. I say the politicians who vote for this crap should have to enforce it themselves. At any rate I'll never give my guns up to anyone and it doesn't matter if they carry a badge or wear a crown of thorns.

If the courts and the politicians really cared about curtailing some of the bad incidents that have happened they would steer people toward getting help when they have the chance.
Confiscating some one's property whether through court order or not does nothing to help a sick persons mental state and a person bent on destruction will see it through regardless.

I have relatives who live in MD. You cannot begin to understand the madness there. Maybe it?s just a trickle effect from DC.
