Tyerone nailed it.  I agree with everything he said.  I have fired 3,00 rounds from my RAMI and 2,500 from my Beretta 92 compact (the latter with NO malfunctions of any kind).

Not sure how many rounds I have shot through my BD, but have never had a failure of any kind. I have used steel cased and aluminum cased ammunition (cheap range fodder) with nary a hiccup. Love the accuracy and ease of use. When carried it is loaded with Federal 124 grain HST's.

After trying my friend's Rami, I ordered one , and the same day ordered a CGW pro kit as the stock DA reach is a little long. Installation should be a fun little project. Both should be here Friday.

I'm going to be tackling that same project in the next month or so, for the same reason, and because the stock trigger starts to hurt my finger after a session at the range.  The old style trigger should take care of that.  I wish someone made a flat trigger for the Rami.

I'm not sure of the recoil spring # for sure, I believe the stock outer is 16#. If I understand correctly the inner spring probably has more to do with racking the slide though? In either case other than thread about using a Kimber Ultra outer I haven't seen ANYTHING available. The only springs I've seen offered by any of the vendors are stock. The slide timing for a sub compact is fussy, there's not too much room to play with and maintain optimal performance.
On the sights, I'll toss out a word of caution. My original RAMI came out of the box with a front sight that was a little off center. The pistol shot great but that's the sort of thing that would bother me (not what I paid for you know). Soooo, Dorothy went back to KS. The folks at CZ were great, I spoke with the smith about various RAMI stuff and got some opinions. Pistol came back a few weeks later. She shot wonderfully the first range trip, sight was perfectly centerer. The next day the front sight was dead. The guys in KS said to send her back, a hair line crack had occurred during installation, they drift them in. I spoke with the smith some more, got more insight into the CZ world. A few weeks later my hot little RAMI made it home, once again a 100% range trip but, yup, later that night the sight was dead. "OH MY", talk about a misaligned front sight bothering me, a dead front sight will really get me saying those "potty words" I worked SO hard to eliminate since my daughter arrived! Don't tell my wife but I said several that evening and next morning :-) When I spoke with my friends at CZ they offered to replace Dorothy this time. I needed to wait about 6 weeks for the next batch of RAMI BDs to get here but the replacement came with a dead center front sight that glows and she has been failure free in the 900 or so rounds I've run :-)
...again, on the sight, I suggest proceeding with caution.

Glad they finally fixed you up. I have had dead front sight issues with a P07 twice and with a P01 Omega UG/SR. On the P01 they ended up replacing the entire gun as well and it is back. First range trip will be today actually!

My advise is buy the Rami and shoot several hundred rounds before you change anything CZ's are much smoother after break in.  I choose to install the CGW parts just for the reach reduction and older flatter trigger and I love the results.

I had a Rami BD a couple years ago and sold it due to the trigger reach being too long for me. Man the Rami shoots amazing and I may get another one and do exactly what you did with the RRK and old style trigger with CGW.

The decocker model is usually more expensive due to scarcity more than the sights. When it shows up it sells out quick.

If you can't decide between decocker and safety, the P-07 and P-01 Omega have swappable options. Most people prefer decockers for carry and safeties for range toys, but there is no problem with safety carry with practice.
