Can anyone Recomend sights for cz p10c suppressor ready that's getting an optic mill  job? Night sights, or black sights, i don't know. I also want to know what is the best co witness that is recommended? I'm thinking lower co witness might be better to keep window wide open. I think I am gonna put the sight in front of the red dot, a holosun 507c. any other things I should know or consider before sending her in? Another question, is it absolutely necessary to do more serrations, windows or pockets to the slide to make the slide lighter to counter the added weight of the red dot. Last thing I have to figure out is who to send my slide to either jaeger works or primary machines?

I had an M&P done by Primary Machine and they do fantastic work, but I don't have first hand experience with them on a P10c.

Here's my P10c JagerWerks slide.  They manage to cut the pocket and rear sight to clear the extractor pin hole.  The top serrations aren't necessary in my opinion, but the chamfer serrations help alot if you manipulate from the front.  I got both since it was only $20 more.  With both front serrations and the RMR cut, my slide ended up weight the same as when it was stock, 12.0oz minus internals.  Mine's using a Dawson Precision P-09 F/O .265" front and an Ameriglo GL-408 .360" rear for the Glock dovetail.  It shoots about 1.5" high at 25 yards.  POI is the top edge of the front sight, not the green fiber dot.  Dawson makes P10c specific front sights now. Something around .280" tall would be a good starting point.  Since the optic is the primary, I prefer blacked out rears on the buis.  I use a green dot up front since it essentially disappears when you are target focused with a red dot, but I can reference it quickly if I loose the dot (usually shooting weak hand).  I shoot with night vision whenever I get the chance so no tritium sights for me.  Remember, on pistols irons and optics should be zeroed independently.  Don't just adjust your dot to line up with the irons or vice versa.

I suppose you could call it "lower 1/4", but co-witness doesn't work the same as rifles on pistols.  There's more parallax at short distances, so the optic and irons need to be zeroed separately.  I prefer no more than the full height of the rear notch visible, usually about 0.100".  Any more is covering up the window more than needed, and less makes the irons harder to use.

So if I were to keep the front OEM night sight, what rear sight should I get to put in front of optic? Or should I just sell the the OEM suppressor height knight sites and get what you have have very confusing.

I think the OEM suppressor front sight is 9.5mm tall but Don't quote me on that.  That's .374" minus .070" for the dovetail which leaves .304" above the slide.  The Ameriglo Glock GL-404 rear  is listed as .394" tall. Minus 2mm for the dovetail or 0.079" leaves a .315" tall rear.  So if you have a Glock dovetail milled up front, I'd get the Ameriglo GL-404.
