What are you looking for? I only have the hammer fired CZ's. No P10s.
Reliability? Any of the three should be similar/equal. The P10 is newer and you know how that works - problems pop up in the real world/use by consumers that the factory/test facility/engineers didn't see coming. So rework/mods are a normal part of new product development. which is bad for consumers until the factory/R&D get it straight. Is the P10 out of that state of development/production yet? I don't know.
Accuracy? I have a 5 gallon bucket (or is it 1&1/2 5 gallon buckets??) of CZ pistols. My most accurate is a P09. Very close is the P07 I carry concealed when away from the house. I have an Omega P01 and a CZ75B in .40 that are above/better than the rest, but not in the same class with the P07 .40 or the P09 9MM (I have a P09 .40 but it isn't in the same class with the other two plastic framed pistols either.)
What does that mean? One thing is best accuracy doesn't sit in one pistol model or one caliber. You get "lucky" or "unlucky" when buying guns. Some are more accurate than others. Some more reliable that others. Some feel better in your hand than others. Even if you have 3 or 5 of the same model. Same can be said for reliability. Sometimes people get a problem pistol that just won't feed some bullets or has ejection issues, etc., etc., etc.
What feels good in your hand? I think that's important. If it feels good in your hand you'll like it more. You'll feel better about shooting it. You might even shoot it better than a pistol that doesn't feel good in your hand.
For me, nothing beats those P01 (both mine are Omegas but the standard P01 has the same feel) pistols in my hand. Every time I grab one my hand tells my brain "Man that feels so good. Grab it again." But the P07 feels pretty good, too. And the P07 beats out the P01 due to group size.
That pistol is your choice. You can go to a gun store and handle them without buying them so you can get an idea of how they feel in your hand.
If you have reliability issues you can contact CZ and they'll send you the info/RA (return authorization paperwork) you need to ship it back to them. I'd try different ammo first to see if the ammo is the problem. Folks here have reported their pistols have issues with some ammo.
If you have group size issues that you know aren't you technique/experience you can try different brands/bullet weights to see what shoots best (and is still reliable) in your pistol. And, again, if it's not you causing the group issue and ammo doesn't fix it, CZ Custom and Cajun Gun Works sell lots of parts to improve trigger pull/feel, barrel to bushing fit, sights, grips, etc.
Heck, if you don't feel comfortable doing the work yourself either of those companies will be glad to talk to you about sending your pistol in to have the work done and the parts installed.
I have a couple of buckets of other brands of pistols. In the last few months I've bought a couple M&Ps and a couple FNS pistols. I've put almost as much money in the big M&P as it cost and it still doesn't shoot like my P07 or P09. I'm working with some loads now trying to get the FNS pistols to shoot like the CZs. Just saying, so far, I've not found anything that shoots with my P07/P09. But I really like the way the P01 feels in my hand.
Oh, I guess ammo cost could be a factor. For plinking ammo it's hard to beat a 9MM vs. a .40. For store bought self defense ammo it's about the same price. So when someone says 9MM ammo is cheaper, they aren't talking about what you'll be carrying or using to defend yourself/your family.
Good luck. When you get it, field strip it, clean it, inspect it, lube it, put it together and get to the range with it. And take pictures to share here because everyone like to see pictures of pistols and targets.
