CZ-82 Slide release latch spring

Ok folks - I’ve lost my slide release latch spring from my CZ -82.  Is there a place to get these, or do I need to make one from piano wire?  Any ideas from those of you who’ve been working with these pistols for awhile?  Looks like it is part #42 in this diagram from Numrich (it is out of stock there).
