Excellent - now recall the oath breaker.
Unfortunately, we do not have a recall process for elected officials in Pennsylvania. Our current recourse is to vote him out of office during the next election cycle. That is not easy to do in PA, because large cites dominate the rural vote in statewide elections. Conservative, liberty-minded representaives and senators hold the House and Senate majorities, but most statewide office go liberal/progressive.
As a matter of clarification, there was no statute (law) declaring 80% lowers to be firearms, merely an opinion from the AG, which the politically appointed state police commissioner is happy to enforce as if it was an actual law. (Our state police run the firearms licensing and approval system.)
