10x bushing install change POI?

I just got my slide back from having cajun install a 10x bushing.  Its a CZC SP01 Shadow.  It could have just been an off day for me but I felt like i was significantly high.  Is it common for the bushing to change point of impact?

CGW 10x bushing basically keeps barrel tighter, so perhaps now your pistol has correct POI?
What is your sight picture now? 6 o'clock?

Yes it possible. Barrel is locked up in different but consistent location. So impact can be different

My pistol (TS) shot 3" left, 1" high, at 25 yards after I installed the 10X bushing. Different pistols would show different results, depending on manufacturing tolerances between different parts, namely the slide at the muzzle (where the bushing fits), and the OEM bushing itself.

POI seemed to be about 1ft high with a 6 o clock hold. at about 15 yards  With non adjustable sights what are my options as thats too far off for adjusting hold.  Gun was super accurate.  Maybe i didnt need to go this route.

1 ft at 45 ft ? 
That's huge distortion. Have you contacted CGW?
Answering your question -> if your pistol was accurate, no reason to use 10x bushing. I had great conversation with David from CGW about this and he told me to not touch it if is accurate enough.

I see two resolution for this:
1. come back to original bushing
2. change front sight (if possible) or both, based on Dawson Precision Sight Calculator:

I've installed two 10X bushings and my results went like this. 

The first went on a S2 upper that had came back from being milled.  I didn't notice that the front sight was missing and the bushing went flying after about 20 rounds and I never found it.  Once I had the 10X bushing installed the S2 seemed to be a little more accurate with a only a small tweak to DPP.  The barrel was a little more difficult to remove, but manageable.

The second was on a 75B that always shot well, but had 15,000 to 20,000 rounds through it.  Since I was changing the sights I figured that a new bushing was in order.  I installed the new bushing and the groups were tightened up noticeably, but not dramatically. The sights didn't need to be adjusted very much.  The barrel on this one is a little more difficult to remove, but I can live with that also. 

Given to go through  this again, I would without hesitation.

My opinion--yes you should.  It is not unusual to need to make a sight adjustment after replacing a barrel or a bushing.  Once done, it is good for a long time.

Each gun is somewhat unique, but in my experience, the shadow 2 will benefit the least with a 10x bushing.  The barrel lockup and bushing tolerance in a factory stock Shadow 2 is really good.

Rmach makes a good point regarding the Shadow 2.  They GOTTA be better than a regular 75B, which are often sloppy, thus the 10X bushing.  Can you feel any looseness in your S2 barrel at the bushing end?  The benefit of the 10X bushing is dependent on how loose the factory bushing is on the barrel.  Mine was sloppy, very sloppy.  After the bushing, here is a 5 shot group at 50 yards. 



Not bad for an old school service pistol.  This is with a red dot sight and the 10x bushing and some CGW trigger parts.  Factory barrel and slide.

Joe makes a great point regarding the earlier CZ model tolerances.  The S2 is really a step up in closer factory tolerances, barrel bushing, lockup, and slide to frame fit. I have a S2 Orange with the accu-bushing, and I really can't say it's that much more accurate than my two standard S2's.
