CZ 75 D COMPACT - steel frame
« on: February 25, 2020, 02:44:52 AM »
So, can anyone tell me what is this? Year is 1996.

Loaded chamber indicator, no rail. Looks like some kind of PCR predecessor with steel frame  :o

These weird ones are usually short runs or special contract overrun pistols. Look like yours even has a serrated trigger.

I am interested to see if other forum members know more about this particular variant.
Will work for CZ pics! (including but not limited to all CZ clones)

I have one. My understanding is that it's a European police run, not sold over here. Mine is 1998. It's obviously been worked over. My one keeper.

THAT is a nice gun. Nice bluing. Nice condition.

I see the steel framed decockers on gunbroker a lot (or at least they used to be).

But they all  were surplus and not in the greatest condition. All needed a good refinishing.

Trust me, this one started off as a rust bucket. A magician gave it a new life

Looks like the work of SP01SHADOW (beavertail)
I'm working on my 3rd rust bluing from a gunbroker surplus model. (motivated by his projects)
