ABOUT THE FACILITY:
One of the ranges is a 100 - 600 with steel in 50 yard increments starting at 200. This range has a really nice, covered firing line with concrete benches and a concrete floor. There are 20+ shooting lanes IIRC. TThere are also big stationary target frames with plywood/fiberboard backers that you can tack targets to as well.

There's also a 15 - 200 range with steel at 200. This range has a nice roof and concrete benches too but is smaller with only 10 - 15  lanes and a gravel floor. There are several large frames with plywood backers to staple targets to at 100 and another at 200. Then there are some (10 - 15) portable metal "H" frames with 2x4 uprights to staple paper & cardboard targets too as well.

Speaking of, there are 3 smaller bays and a 2/3-gun range too. These both have numerous portable steel and cardboard targets, along with barriers, blinds, blow-through walls, etc. that we can set up the way we want. Checkout some of the videos on their FB page (link above). We will be able to do some pretty dynamic matches at these ranges.

There is a club house with 2 restrooms, a full kitchen w/ fridge. They also have stand up coolers with pop/soda, water and candy bars for sale. They keep an assortment of chips for sale too.
THE SHOOTS:

CHEST RIGS/POUCHES/VESTS/BELTS, ETC. ARE OPTIONAL BUT YOU MUST HAVE A BELT/THIGH MOUNTED HOLSTER FOR YOUR PISTOL (NO CHEST/CROSSDRAW/SHOULDER HOLSTERS) AND A SLING FOR YOUR RIFLE!!!

NEW FOR 2020: ALL MATCHES ARE UNLIMITED ROUNDS! HIT COUNT INDICATED BELOW MEANS MINIMUM HITS NEEDED TO SHOOT THE MATCH "CLEAN" OR NO MISSES

**FRIDAY, MAY 29th** - TBD

**SATURDAY, MAY 30th** - TBD

**SUNDAY, MAY 31st** - TBD
When shooting steel, there is a restriction on caliber, muzzle velocity and type of bullet. There are no restrictions with paper. There is more info on all of this below - MAKE SURE YOU READ IT

Zeroing should be relegated to the 200-yard range. There is a fixed target frame at 100 meters (not yards) so it's perfect to verify zero for AK's. Then there are the mobile frames and another fixed frame at 200 yards.

Ammo restrictions:
There are caliber, muzzle energy, and bullet type restrictions on our steel. No armor piercing, green tip, or steel core. No large magnum calibers over .30 caliber and no more than 3,000 ft/pounds of energy at the muzzle. On our 3-gun course, we don't allow buckshot, slugs, or AP rounds. Bi-metal bullets like those that Tula loads are okay. We don't really have a caliber restriction on the 3-gun course so we take it on a case by case basis. We don't allow rounds like the .22 TCM because they crater the steel pretty bad. You can shoot the paper targets with the plywood backing with anything you want."

NO 7N6 OR STEEL CORE/TIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DISTANCES:
Here are a couple of maps to take some of the guesswork out of it (distances are approximate):

+/- 6 HOURS:

+/- 12 HOURS:

**Do not rely on a Tom Tom/GPS to get to the range. For some reason it like to take you to the wrong location way too often.

I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO TRY TO CARPOOL WITH OTHERS COMING FROM YOUR AREA!!

BPSC is located approximately 4 miles out of Houston, MO on Highway B. On the map, that is approximately half way between Houston and Raymondville. If you are driving from Rolla southbound on 63 you turn LEFT on Highway B at the bottom of the hill before crossing the bridge at the edge of Houston. Coming from Cabool northbound on 63 you go through Houston and turn RIGHT on Highway B after crossing the bridge, and before going up the hill. Pretty hard to miss. BPSC will be on the Right side of the roadway. Look for a large timber-frame sign on the right (south side of road).
DAILY SCHEDULE:
