Right side safety removal.

I finally got around to looking at the replacement lower that CZ sent out to those who got the welded screw version.
My problem is, I cannot get the right side safety lever screw out. I twisted the hex wrench almost 90 degrees, and it will not budge.
Any tips or assistance would be appreciated.

Is it not moving at all or did you move it 90 degrees and stop? It's a long set screw that comes out a good amount before you can remove the safety selector. I just used a t handle Allen wrench and it came right out. Could try warming and freezing it to see if the expansion will help.

It twisted my wrench without moving. I can't imagine there would be any thread locker on that tiny set screw.

Both sides of my safety selector retaining screws had a considerable amount of thread locker on them. With everything except the screw being polymer, you might have to heat your allen wrench up really hot and then insert it into the screw letting it sit for a couple minutes to transfer the heat to the screw/locking compound. A T-handled (1.5mm I believe) allen wrench helps tremendously.

Oh that's where you'd be wrong! You'll quickly realize CZ uses some ridiculous thread locker and cheap screws, you will probably strip every screw you try and take off the Scorpion.

Yes, the wrench is not slipping, it is twisting and the screw is not moving.

Doesn't sound stripped at all. Sounds like his wrench has a good bite on it but it's so tight that the wrench is bending or (twisting) as the OP phrased it.  Answer- get a better wrench before you do end up stripping the head of the screw.

Sounds like the infamous CZ Threadlock Monster strikes again.

Mine wasn't quite that bad. I've had it back out a couple of times, doing drills, so there is some legit concern, but globing it on is not the answer.
