Optic Plate for new holosun optics
« on: March 25, 2020, 05:30:36 AM »
I'm wondering if anyone knows which plate fits the new holosun optics on the cz p10 series. I'm specifically wondering about the new 407k/507k. In the cz shop there is a different plate for the deltapoint pro and the shield rms. I also saw that the rmsc footprint can be used in some cases by removing lugs. Does anyone know what the deal is here?

I thought the 407/507k's were supposed to have the same footprint as the shield rms does?

Which also should be the same footprint as the deltapoint pro which is why I'm confused why there are 2 different plates. Then when I watched another video the holosun rep said some rmsc plates needed modifications

Here is a pretty comprehensive write up on optics and compatability.

That lists the rms and dpp under the same footprint which is what I thought. Still not understanding why cz is offering a separate deltapoint pro and rms plate

The only thing I can figure is there is a Czech made plate and a usa made plate. The Czech one here:
https://shop.cz-usa.com/ProductDetail/1091141006_Czub-Optic-Ready-Plate-6-Shield
Has 4 lug holes built into it and the USA made one here: https://shop.cz-usa.com/ProductDetail/19231_Cz-Usa-P10-Optic-Plate-Adapter-2-Dpp-Shield
Only has 2 lug holes built in

That must have been a short sale, now it looks like it's $220.   :(

"Estimated to ship within 7-16 days" in Optics Planet time is 2-3 months.

Seriously, stuff is delayed coming out of China due to COVID19 so I wouldn't expect it soon.

Fabricated Arms who is milling my standard slide P365 for a 407K is awaiting a confirmation from China of the EXACT specs. Apparently, the posts holes on the 407K & 507K are not as deep so the posts on the mounts will have to be shorter. Or something like that. Best suggestion, wait until you have the new micro Holosun in hand and mill to fit.

I've had a 407K on order with Optics Planet for two months. Ordered the very first day they posted availability just after intro at Shot Show. If you read the fine print, there's now a new disclaimer due to COVID it could be a couple more months, at least. But I think it will be worth the wait.

Thanks for the discount code though. I'm going to contact CS and see if they'll apply to my backorder.

I have a P10S Optic Ready and first I bought a CZ adapter plate #2 with iron sights. This was for the Shield RMS because the one for a Holosun was back ordered and I wanted iron sights (suppressor height) Shield and Holosun plates are not compatible.  RMR (Trijicon) and Holosun are.
Next, after reading a lot of views and opinions, I ordered an adapter plate from 401 Manufacturing via eBay. It works great. It is light weight, fits my cut precisely and comes with all screws you need. Never looked back. By the way, I have a Holosun 507 Green Dot with three options for the dot and easily sighted because a 32MOA dot in circle option gives you good size dot at 25 yards. You can the switch to 2MOA dot.

Hang onto that #2 mount plate!
The mount pattern for the new 407K & 507K micro RDS is different than the larger Holosun 507 models! The smaller 407K & 507K will be similar to Shield RMS, JPoint, SIG Romeo ZERO. With a slight modification of the lug heights.
See this video from interview with Holosun execs at Shot Show explaining. At 3:30 into the video it explains new mount pattern.
