Interesting fact about your sear looking like it was polished. There isn't a replacement sear in the kit, and the sear itself isn't something that CGW or the people on this forum talk about polishing. The sear pin, yes, the sear itself, no. Mine are still black with a bit of wear along the edge.
Interesting that CGW is sending you a .215 roller bearing. They only have .220, .225, and .230 listed for sale on their website. I might have gone with the .215 in one of my P-07's because that would have been closer to theoriginal roller bearing OD of around .212 or .213 I think. Although the .220 seems to be working fine for me in that gun.
They yellow sear spring should be heavy enough to prevent hammer follow in the P-07 or P-09 while the heavier sear springs are required for the metal frame Omegas, according to the descriptions.
