Picking up a unfired cz 527m today. Anything I should look for? Made in 2013.

Ordered a pic rail for it. Going to put a leupold 3x9 patrol on it.

Nice setup, the rail gives you unlimited ring and scope combinations. I have a 2-7x32 on mine with a DIP rail, it works very well.

What height rings are you using?

I believe they are medium but I don't like the scopes very low on any of my rifles, mine always sit a tad higher than all my shooting buddies and it's what comfortable for me.

Like I said I ordered a diproducts rail. Received it very fast and great customer service. But when I got it finish was missing where rings connect. Contacted them and they sent out a new set the same day. Hopefully I will get a set with the finish corrected. They were nice about it and apologized.
