The saga of my attempt to buy a holster from Craft
« on: June 18, 2020, 11:09:48 AM »
It all started one cool spring day in early April. I decided that I wanted a suede open top iwb holster for my PCR. I searched the web high and low, ran across several possibilities, most came up short with not having a key desired feature like a sweat guard or plastic clip instead of metal, This was a simple holster, I have one holster from www.muddyrivertactical.com which I use for a multitude of other compact guns. It is not suede, but has the sweatguard, but the clip is plastic, just not what I wanted.

Enter Craft....checked all the boxes, little pricey for what it is, but it is what I wanted so I ordered. Ordered early April, now mid June still no delivery. They shipped from Czech, USPS no tracking, Every week I send an email that is followed up with a wide range of reasons why I don't have the ordered holster. Covid, wrong number used to research the order, checked with the wrong shipper, already delivered, telling me that a large amount of orders came in one shipment and it is in the system, told it was delivered to a town in Kentucky, I live in PA....

Craft has told me that they will either refund me for the holster or re order for me. Yesterday, I decided to give them one last chance to get the order right. Today I got an email from Craft telling me they have holsters for my CZ PCR for sale. Not "we will re order your holster", just an offer to sell me another holster.  AAAAAAAAHHHHHH, this is one of the worst internet transactions I have dealt with ever. Sort of like I am dealing with someone who speaks english as a 4th language.
