I would definitely use an RS Regulate side mount for the rear, but not sure there's enough room for two optics on that top rail. Might have to mount the red dot on the fore end with say a Bonesteel / CNC Warrior hand guard.

Actually, for a Vz58 I'd look at the Primary Arms 3x Prism ACSS optic. That has everything you need and then some in those parameters. The ACSS reticle is awesome.

You're best served forward mount a red dot NOT inline w/ irons and then mount the magnifier on rear cover.

Something like this:

Railed top covers will put your magnifier as low as possible.  I do currently have a ramlite magnetic railed top cover for sale over in the classifieds that would serve you well for mounting a magnifier: https://czfirearms.us/index.php?topic=110643.0

For offhand shooting it held a fairly exact repeatable zero w/ a red dot.

But for any not inline with factory irons option, I'd highly recommend going with RS Regulate's Magpul Yugo stock adapter or one of the various AR stock adapters that sits a little higher than the OE ones do for best cheek weld.  Suppose the FAB with cheek risers would work too.

Just a suggestion but a decent illuminated LPVO may be an option given the limited rail space. I was also interested in this route but found the magnifier eye box was very picky. I prefer the view of mine on 1x to an MRO
