CZ 83 32 ACP: Making 10 Round out of 15 Magazine?

Does anyone know of aftermarket parts to convert a CZ 83 32 ACP 15 round magazine into a 10 rounder?  The only reason for such action is for jurisdictions that require/limit magazines to 10 rounds.

The length of the 15 round magazine is required for proper operation.

I am nowhere current on federal and/or state laws, but I have a question.
What is the definition of "10 round" for your jurisdiction?
Does it mean permanent OEM construction?
Modified magazines may have the ability to be returned to 15 round, and not acceptable.

The jurisdiction are referring to is the District of Columbia.  One person I know of was able to permanently epoxy plastic at the bottom of the magazine so it could not hold more than 10 rounds.  He then had to bring it to the lieutenant in charge of the firearms division of this Police Department who then approved it and gave him an email stating that this magazine which was modified now met the legal requirements.  Of course if he is stopped by an officer in the officer sees 15 holes on the magazine or a 15 number near whole it is unclear what will happen even if he has that email.

I don't know of ant aftermarket parts. Would drilling and placing a rivet ( maybe welded?) on each side be acceptable in that jurisdiction?

Thanks for the reply Ron.  It would probably be acceptable and approved by the lieutenant in charge of the firearms division, however simple work like that is beyond my skill set.  I was looking for something that was prefabricated that I could use to convert it.  Thanks anyway.

In Maryland both pinned and plugged (e.g., epoxy plugged) are acceptable, as long as it is done by a gunsmith or FFL. How the State Police would know where it is done is above everyone's pay grade so far.

I was of the opinion that any mechanical modification, which could be removed, could be considered unacceptable. And just because it's been OK'ed by a single officer and/or police branch doesn't guarantee a universal acceptance.
Example: a plug in a shotgun has universal acceptance, for [3] shell capacity for waterfowling.

Error could be an "ouch" way to lose a nice firearm.

It depends on your state/jurisdiction. That's just another reason why National Reciprocity is essential going forward. The patchwork quilt of laws and regulations makes travel a crap shoot.
