I shot some IMI 115 gr JHP in my P-10S this morning, followed by my standard Atlanta Arms 115 gr JHP with very different results.  Repeated with the P-10F 4.5" barrel pistol.
Perhaps the reloaders can guess about the difference in powders and burn rate used by the two ammo suppliers.

This is fun.  Not cheap, however.

Impressive results! IMI 115gr JHP is tough for me I have the same group size but for 10 yards :)
I'd highly recommend S&B 115 JHP, it's very accurate and low recoil.

I'm thinking my rather extensive practice at 100 yards is helping me get pretty good groups most of the time.  Of course, I think I've only showed video of poor results maybe twice in the last 10 years.  Let's just say I am very selective in what I am willing to publish.  I will admit to not always shooting 4" groups at 100 yards.  I have OK days and then I have excellent days.

The differences in the small pistol were quite surprising to me.  I put a post in the reloading section about powder choices being the difference and why the 3.5" barrel pistol was more sensitive than the 4.5" barrel.

  • I've shot the rest, I now own the best - CZ
Different guns are, different.  See that all the time.

The 115's that work so well in my CZs are pretty bad in my M&P 2.0 5".  The 124 FMJ Winchester ammo that helps the M&P do better than anything else I've shot in it don't do anything for the CZ's.

The 135 grain .40's that do great in all my CZ .40's do nothing to impress me in the FNS or M&P .40s.  The 180's that barely make the FNS worth carrying don't do for beans in the CZ's.

I hate it, but it's real.
I just keep wasting time and money on other brands trying to find/make one shoot like my P07 and P09.  What is wrong with me?
