CZ 97 B factory mags?
« on: September 11, 2020, 08:16:17 AM »
as the subject line states

I have signed up for email notifications, at CZ, when they become available. but that was like 2-3 months ago.

i'd prefer CZ mags, or MecGar (which ARE) CZ mags.

but, the CZ web-store site has been down now for like the past 3 days?

anyone know of a site, that actually does HAVE CZ 97 B mags?

i have tried "the usual" sites, nothing......

thanks in advance

If you use ebay. There are a couple there, otherwise looks like everyone is sold out.

welcome,

patience goes along way when you have guns and when things like this happens.

Dont forget, this isnt the only time its happened and it wont be the last.  So when things settle down, i hope you do what you need to do.

Dont know what you checked/searched for but you can also look on the gun auction/selling sites.  You can also try googling too and see where those links take you.

good luck

Heningshop.com sells Tanfo large frame.45 MecGar mags that fit CZ97s. I've got a couple. The +2 extension also works well.  Gregcoatllc.com also sells the same mags and they're less expensive (but out of stock).

Greg Cote sells factory and Mec-Gar magazines for the 97...as well as for many other handguns. They're both currently out of stock, but he will notify you when he has them again. I've bought 3 for my 97B from him within the past few months. Great customer service and quick shipping once in stock.

You might also want to get on gregcotellc.com and get on his wait list.  They sell a lot of CZ gear.  Good luck!

HA..great minds think alike!  ^^

ok, thanks.... :D

i went and ordered 2, as the site "said" there were 6 available.

it is thru "shooting supplies"

even if they only have one, i'll be happy. price is about the same as all other places that listed this particular magazine.

well my 2 CZ 97B factory mags arrived today!

i ordered them on the 14th, they came via FedEx/USPS...

great service.

got them thru gunbroker, and they had a place named........... shooting surplus ..........as the seller.

price was actually in line with what other retailers were selling them for.

cool............ 8)

i know that some people feel that GB is a ripoff or price gouging ,but if you do your due diligence you can find things that are within reason.

and some business do sell/auction stuff off on GB and any other sites too.

That's where I got my 97B last year. Only place I could find it at the time. Got it a good price too. You can find some great deals sometimes.

well i certainly do have YOU to thank for the gun broker idea. i had heard of them frankly, just never even gave it a thought, so thank you

but yeah, factory CZ mags, 10 rds each, at the pretty close to retail prices any other web site was selling them for, even CZ themselves!

i have gun broker in my favorites list now, for future use.

it was not that i NEEDED the mags, i just WANTED them.  i'd like to have  anywhere's from 3 to 4 mags per gun i own.

load'em up once, shoot, reload them all up again, and shoot.

with this ongoing panic buying, i know things are scarce, so i was just wanting something at the wrong time.

this is why i don;t need any ammo...i started this "sport/hobby", back in January, and was stocking up on CHEAPER priced ammo back then, long before anyone knew what was about to hit the country, let alone the world.
