PSA to buy Remington

The company that owns PSA, as well as other companies, has put an offer of 65 million to buy the Remington Ammunition line. Seems like a smart move for sure. I hope someone buys the Remington gun business and turns it around.

Glad that PSA is buying the Remington Ammunition Lines.  Hopefully, their quality will improve with new management.

I would like to see FN-USA or Savage buy the Remington Firearms division.

I sure Hope Ruger will rebuild the quality and keep Marlin lever actions available. I'd be very happy to find a well made new production marlin 44mag and/or 45 Colt rifle.

Yeah, I think there is real potential for Ruger to restore Marlin to a fairly high-end compliment to the Ruger brand, with a focus on quality traditional long guns. Nowhere to go but up, given Marlin's recent history.

The Marlin 1894 would be a great complement to the Blackhawks, Super Blackhawks and Vaqueros.

The 39A would be a great complement to a Single Six, Bearcat or Wrangler.

Ruger could even make a lever in .30 Carbine

This would be perfect. Ruger would make Marlins right. I couldn't bring myself to buy a Remlin.

 Looks like Barnes and Vista outdoors bought the ammo portions of Remington's portfolio

Fingers crossed Ruger keeps up the production of the Dark series Marlins. Those are honestly awesome but they're selling for twice the price of MSRP right now

That is what I am most excited about. I have wanted a Marlin lever rifle for years now, but keep hearing quality issues. Will keep an eye on this for sure!
