Parkerizing or Hot Salt Blueing?
« on: October 09, 2020, 03:36:46 PM »
I’m starting my next CZ project. The first one I did cold blueing and it looked pretty good. This one I want better than “pretty good” so I am looking at diy parkerizing or hot salt blueing. Anyone with experience in either method?  Recommendations?

For one gun, startup is expensive for both of those methods. Have you considered slow rust bluing?

Whatever you do, would love to see videos and pics.  Before/after pics of your last restoration were great to see.
