..on the rear, exterior surface of the receiver.

If you have the recent Czechpoint Sporter with the fixed, black plastic buttstock, you know about the >> Very narrow, rectangular openings << in the receiver.

* My receiver's rear surface has no round openings ( ;)-except for the stock screw's hole-), certainly nothing which remotely corresponds to the round shapes of the three 'dimples', all of which seem to protrude from the ferrule.

----If receivers on the original military VZ-58s had No corresponding recessed areas, why did ferrules have three dimples?

Nobody else ever seems to discuss this basic, specific subject for mating the beaver stock to a modern Sporter. Naturally my beaver barf furniture arrived with No metal accessories.

Woops.
He calls it an " M4 VZ-58 stock adapter ???". He might not have understood my simple question about ..Beaver and Sporter...

The tiny protrusions on the M4 Adapter match the Sporter's rear receiver openings---but how does the adapter fit into the Beaver butt stock?

Maybe it doesn't.

You mean this part? Fits straight on to the receiver of my CSA sporter no problem.

Super.  :-[ :-[    Embarassed.......

Thanks very much. The dimples never appeared precise enough to go into the tight, rect. slots.
