I was able to go shoot my 97B"E" at 100 yards on Thursday morning. I only shot one target, as the deer hunters were waiting to sight in their rifles. It had been 2 months since shooting the pistol, and I didn't remember what adjustments I made last time I shot it. So I took 3 shots, saw the hits were a little low (the 7 ring hits at 6 o'clock in the photo), adjusted my hold point, and fired 10 "good" shots, with 8 of 10 nine ring or better. I have an eye problem that is much more troublesome with the crosshairs on a rifle scope, that I hope to get corrected next week, but this was a good result for me with a little bit fuzzy red dot and target. Actually, it would have been a good result without any eye problems. My goal is to get all shots in the black from a 100 yards, using a red dot and a wrist rest. Some days I can do it. Maybe next week, I'll try it again.
The CGW 97B"E" is fantastic, shooter needs a little work.
