I don't see any markings on mine. I didn't take it off my carbine, it could be marked where it attaches.

Im pretty sure that stock is not made in the US. Could it be the folding mechanism that is?

I ordered one directly from the Czech republic.

Wow, I just spent $400 for the bren 2 ms stock from Gun Broker, package labeled "Ceska Zbrojova A. S." and not "CZ-USA"  It sounds like you'll be getting the exact same item and I'll bet you're spending alot less than I did going directly to source, would you mind telling how you went about ordering directly from Czech Republic as your obviously alot more resourceful than I am.

Sure, I ordered it from this site https://www.cz-parts.com/. Someone on this forum posted it up, and it was delivered to me in  Guam in about 4 weeks. Really good communication from Stanislav. He let me know they are coming off the production line, so it may take awhile. I chose the Military type stock, because I have the new style on the Carbine. No QD's, but I think it matches the profile much better, and it was cheaper.

Thank you M5 now I know where to go for parts!  Very Nice Rifle, I would say the Military stock matches the profile of the magwell, where as the New Design matches the profile of the pistol grip, I had a choice on gun broker and chose the New Design which is the one my MS Carbine came with (accidently damaged rubber buttpad on the original), Looks stellar either way  :D

Cool, I like having both, and it looks like you have both too. Im planning on converting my 14" 7.62 pistol to a rifle if CZ ever fixes the FTE issues.

Yeah I really do wish you all the luck on that, it's terrible what you guys have to go through with those things right now. I am not an engineer and yes I am speaking from my armchair but it seems like this should have been resolved a long time ago with the resources of a long standing world class firearms manufacturer like CZ.

Thanks to this thread, I ordered one up.  It is currently OOS.  However, I have more confidence this Czech seller will have them in stock before CZ USA.

Will keep the thread updated.

I fear a barrel/parts import ban.  Kiss extra barrels goodbye...unless CZ uses some of those new to CZ Colt machines to start CONUS manufacturing.
