Kadet 2 on Shadow 2

Search was throwing me fits.  Will the standard kadet II kit work on a Shadow 2?  I tried to install it, met some resistance at the mounting block and stopped.  Figured I would verify it would work before stoning the block to make it fit.  I don’t know if there is something specific about the Shadow 2 kadet conversion or if it’s just aesthetics.

Do not believe the standard kit fits on a Shadow 2.  They make a separate kit for that model.  Have one of those and it required no fitting.
