Sight picture on CZ-75 Kadet kit

I'm guessing that this Kadet conversion kit probably has the same sight picture hold as a CZ-75, which would be a center hold. But that sight picture probably depends on the 22LR ammo a person is using in the kit.

My Kadet 2 kit came with adjustable sights so you can set up the hold however you like. Ammo variations do still apply.

Agree you can set it up how you like, but may require changing sights.  I put a Bo-Mar style CZ sight on most of my Kadets and it required either a 6.5 or 7.5 mm front sight to get them to set up a 6 o'clock hold which is my preference.  Ammo does make a significant difference.  I standardized on CCI SV.  At the time it was only $250 a case and I got 5 cases.  Ammo was both reliable and accurate in all my 22 platforms.

Best wishes for your project.
