Does CZ sell receivers for the 457

Looking for a receiver - wondering if they ever show up on GB or retailers.

 It's not something CZ-USA sells directly. If you're looking for one to rebarrel and build off of your best bet (and what most people do) is find the cheapest version you can and then sell the barrel and/or stock from that.
