Bomar style sights on a P-07
« on: June 21, 2021, 02:53:31 PM »
Have acquired a 40 S&W P-07 and will install a 357 Sig barrel.  This gun will shoot everything from 200gr 40s running at 900 fps to 90gr moving over 1500 fps.  Naturally fixed sights will not work, so looking to install a quality Bomar style sight.  Will probably replace the hinge pin with something a little harder.

Has anyone else installed adjustable sights on a P-07?  Any thoughts on the project welcome.

I put some CZ ones on mine and they sat a little high with a gap between the sight and the slide. Looked weird but but worked fine.

Some of the CZ P-07 22LR kits have an adjustable sight that looks like the Shadow 2 rear sight. I believe that is the only example of a CZ P series that i have seen with an adjustable rear.

Are you opened to having the slide milled for the sight?
Will work for CZ pics! (including but not limited to all CZ clones)
