Will a P07 Kadet kit fit a PCR?

No, they are not compatible. Among other things, it is likely that the PCRs ejector would stop the slide from installing fully onto the frame.

I don't have a P-07 here to measure but from what I recall of mine the slide rails are much wider on the P-07 compared to the regular 75 variants that I don't think the P-07 slide would mount to a 75 style frame at all.
