One click too far
« on: July 18, 2021, 04:12:42 AM »
I decided to pull out my AR-15 out of the closet and try 73gr Hornady ELD. First two shots before sighting in then 3 shots after sighting in and the last shot after another click. Clearly one click too far.

Then I decided to shoot a 12-shot excercise with my 6.5 rifle before my next match. The score is 120/120, however you can see that my shot placement is not excellent.

Only 120/120?  When are you going to learn to shoot that thing?   :) :)

Dry fire!

Just kidding.  Watching the replay of the Tour de France time trial, getting ready for Cavendish to win the last stage in Paris.  I was a long distance cyclist before I was a pistol shooter.  Also, editing photos of my grand daughter from Saturday.  Basically, so much to look forward to today, I couldn't sleep.  And I get up early anyway.
