Loose CGW P07 lifter arm
« on: September 26, 2021, 01:48:47 AM »
I installed the cgw pro kit and it went together easily and everything seems to function properly. The problem is that the lifter arm and roller bearing are very loose. It has a lot of side to side play and its pretty concerning. Do you think I did something wrong or if I should be concerned?

I'm sure someone with more experience will come along, but it seems that the trigger bar should be putting some tension on the roller. Is the trigger bar spring seated properly. I always have to revisit a tutorial to keep things in order.

I double checked the trigger bar spring when I put it back together. Im going to investigate some more today. I could've done something wrong but it was pretty simple to do and I'm not seeing where I went wrong.

Simple can be a very subjective thing. Don't get too flustered. My daughter converted some YT tutorials to MP4s for me so I don't have the links, but there are some great ones available that even discuss some of the pitfalls. Patience rules ! I do recall the one I use most is on a P09.
