CZC 75 SA Frame Kit
« on: October 01, 2021, 06:23:54 PM »
Hello,

I have a 75B that is a permanent host for a Kadet Kit. The 75B slide has just been sitting in my safe unused for about 5 years. I want to mate it with a CZ Custom 75 SA Frame Kit. I know that I will have to remove the "B" parts from the slide. Will it look just like a standard 75B with a upswept beavertail? Would this be hard to do? Any advise or opinions welcomed. Thanks for reading.

1.Yes, it will look like a std 75B with an upswept beavertail.
2. Buy an upgraded firing pin retention pin for when you remove the fpb. Not difficult at all if you have the tools and moderate mechanical ability.
2. Another option is to use the Kadet as is on the SA frame, and return the B slide to its original frame. SAO is ideal for rimfire use.

You answered all of my questions with an alternate option as well. I think I will go ahead and purchase this frame set. Thank you for your help.
