I just checked my bottle and the label is too worn to get a number off of. I think I've had that bottle for at least ten years. Looking online I didn't see satin offered anywhere so I don't know if they still make it. If yours is a shinier version of polycoat then semi-gloss should work. Or use flat, let it dry, and oil it.
I find that a toothpick works best for small spots. Dip the pick in paint, scrape off the excess, then touch the pick in the spot and let the paint run into it.
